This residential project included a roof extension, and rear extension to the existing closet wing, to create additional internal accommodation to an existing 4 storey mid-terrace period property. The property was also completely renovated internally, to give the dwelling a modern, minimalist appearance. The addition of another storey to the property, along with two new roof terraces, not only created more internal space, but allowed the property to achieve fantastic panoramic views of north-west London. Works were completed on time in Autumn 2017.
