The site for this project is the rear of a large 'L' shaped garden, that wraps around a number of neighbouring gardens. Due to the nature of existing garden and industrial style structures to the adjoining properties, it was important to create a dwelling that suited the context, hence timber cladding to the external envelope. The new garden building is to be utilised as a self contained residential unit.  This project is currently at Concept Stage, with the planning application expected to be completed and submitted shortly.
