Mulhern Iremonger Design Studios is excited to present our latest residential development in the village of Five Ash Down. This project is at the planning stage, and we are looking forward to creating 3 modern dwellings that will perfectly blend form and function. Each dwelling will be designed with careful consideration for the needs of modern living, with 2.5 storeys of beautifully crafted space, complete with large rear gardens and off-street parking. We're thrilled to be bringing this project to the community, and we can't wait to share it with you.

Externally, the houses will be clad with charred timber. Naturally finished timber cladding is to be used in certain areas of the externally to highlight certain features and to create a contrast with the charred timber. Each of the dwelling will offer 3no bedrooms, a home office, along with an open plan living / kitchen / dining space and a separate living / playroom area.
